AVS Media Player Keyboard Shortcuts

AVS Media Player interface allows you to use keyboard shortcuts to facilitate the access to the main program features:

Main window keyboard shortcuts

 

Shortcut	Function
Enter	Use it to start the media file playback
Space	Use it to pause/resume the media file playback
S	Use it to stop the media file playback
N	Use it to jump to the next file during playback
P	Use it to jump to the previous file during playback
Right Arrow	Use it to navigate along the file towards the beginning by 5 seconds
Left Arrow	Use it to navigate along the file towards the end by 5 seconds
F	Use it to change the forward media playback speed
-	Use it to decrease the sound volume strength
+	Use it to increase the sound volume strength
M	Use it to switch the sound on or off
Alt + Enter	Use it to switch between the full screen mode and the standard view mode
Esc	Use it to return to the standard view mode
Ctrl + O	Use it to add a new file to playback
F7	Use it to take a snapshot of the current video file frame
F3	Use it to open/close the Playlist window
F4	Use it to open/close the Preferences window
F1	Use it to open the help file

Playlist window keyboard shortcuts

Shortcut	Function
Ctrl+O	Use it to add new files to the playlist
Ctrl+A	Use it to select all files added to the playlist
Delete	Use it to delete the selected file(s) from the playlist
Ctrl+Arrow Up	Use to move the selected file up in the playlist
Ctrl+Arrow Down	Use to move the selected file down in the playlist
